SN instructed patient/pcg on factors that initiate asthmatic attacks (food, pollens, animals, dust, weather, etc). The patient was instructed in the correct use of oral inhaler, home oxygen or incentive spirometer as ordered. The patient was reviewed to avoid persons with infections.
